Chapterhouse Studios ships out once a week, and this is usually on Saturday or Mondays. If you have an urgent order, please let us know and we will accomodate you to the best of our abilities.

Packing Methods and Cost
While we would love to offer free shipping, we do try to keep it cost as efficient as possible. Most pewter pieces and small resin kits get shipping in thier own bubble-wrap baggies inside a bubble-wrap envelope. Larger resin pieces are usually more fragile and any orders with those pieces may pay higher shipping cost but this enables us to use cardboard boxes.
Chapterhouse Studios exclusively uses the US Postal Service First Class for shipping, we may upgrade to Priority if it ends up being less expensive or if a customer makes prior arrangements. The US Postal Service offers some of the best pricing as well as delivery confirmation, which we use on every U.S. order.
Shipping cost are as follows:
Small Package - Canada, United Kingdom and United States Small Packaging - $5.00 - this service is for small amounts of pewter pieces and small resin items, this entails a bubble-wrap envelope and bags.
Large Package - Canada, United Kingdom and United States - $8.50 - this service is for larger amounts of pewter pieces and small resin items, also larger resin pieces that are more fragile will always go this route. Packaging usually is a cardboard box, bubble wrap and packing foam.
International Shipping Small - All other Countries - $5.00 - this service is reserved for all regular orders from other countries and also includes the higher currency fees involved. Bubble-wrapped envelope and bubble bags. Most under 25 piece orders with non-vehicle kits ship this way
International Shipping Medium - All other Countries - $8.50 - For the larger packages, this is for those orders that are not buying EVERYTHING. Packaging usually is a cardboard box, bubble wrap and packing foam.
International Shipping Large - $12.00 - Pretty much you bought the store. Carboard box, bubblewrap, foam.
